Man Found Dead with Severe Head Injuries Leads to Murder Charge

A man has been charged with murder in connection to the investigation of the demise of Fuad Saman, a 40-year-old individual. The detectives handling the case have brought forth charges against Osman Abshir, aged 28, residing on Church Road.

The charging took place on a Sunday, and Abshir is scheduled for a court appearance at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on the ensuing Monday.

The incident unfolded when officers received a distress call leading them to a residence situated on Casselden Road, NW10, at approximately 10.45pm on a Thursday.

Upon gaining access to the premises, law enforcement officials discovered Mr. Saman afflicted with head injuries. Tragically, he was declared deceased at the location. In this trying time, his family remains under the care and assistance of officers associated with the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Crime Command.

A post-mortem analysis, conducted on Saturday, substantiated that his passing was a consequence of both blunt and penetrating force injuries
